Payment can be by cheque or bank transfer (preferred) - cheque payments need to be cleared before confirmation of booking and the total balance cleared three weeks before the travel date. A deposit of £150 is required to confirm a booking with the balance due three weeks before travel. An additional fifty pounds breakages deposit is required with the final payment. This will be refunded within ten days of vacating, subject to any deductions for significant damage or extra cleaning.
